Sourced from the beautiful La Roma farm in the community of Gaitana Tolima, where Emmanuel Enciso cultivates exceptional coffee. This unique Caturra-Castillo hybrid undergoes a natural "double fermentation" process. The coffee cherries are meticulously fermented in an anaerobic environment for 24 hours, followed by an additional 36 hours in an aerobic medium. The result? Simply magnificent.
