With decades of experience as a Chef and successful Cafe Owner, John's passion for great food and coffee led him to start roasting for his then family run Cafe in Gerringong, circa 2008. Born from this early roasting success, The Daily Grind Coffee Company was founded. Now, more than ten years on, John is the Head of Roasting and Distribution, a Master Roaster and is committed to the ongoing success and future growth of the business for the next generation of Coffee Lovers.
