What is cold brew coffee?
Unlike regular hot coffee, cold-brewed coffee uses time rather than heat to extract oils and caffeine from coffee beans. It is made using an immersion technique where coffee grounds and filtered cold water are left to “brew” over an extended period of time (usually 18 to 24 hours), and then filtered for drinking.
For our DG Nitro Cold Brew we roast a specific single origin coffee from the highlands in Colombia where we have a relationship with the farmers termed ‘Direct Trade’ partnership. The exceptional quality of the beans infused with nitrogen promotes a refreshingly smooth taste.
We support both RTD bottles and kegs with dispensing systems.
We have a range of options to suit any venue, and can recommend permanent or countertop systems that deliver the same refreshing cold brew into your cafe environment.
