Do you ship internationally?


At this stage we only ship within Australia. That may change in the future so be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to keep up to date.




How will I know if my order has gone through?


You will get a confirmation email as well as a tracking number when it has been shipped. If you dont get either one of these please email us to double check.




When will I receive my order?


Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays so if you place an order during those days, it will be processed on the next business day.




How long is the shelf life of coffee?


The quality of the coffee will decrease over time. We recommend using your coffee beans within 8 weeks and ground coffee within 6 weeks.




Do I need to store my coffee beans in the fridge or freezer?


Your beans need to be stored in a cool dry place but no need to store them in the fridge or freezer.
